We liked the speedy Wear OS 3.5 system and improved fitness tracking via Google Fit, though the Pixel Watch, like all first-generation products, falls short in some areas — especially battery life. However, it makes an excellent companion for any Android phone, especially if you’re a Pixel phone user.

If your Pixel Watch is too small and you’re not a fan of Samsung’s One UI 4.5, there’s a Fossil Gen 6which also runs Wear OS (the old version), though an update to Wear OS 3 is available. This is an excellent, premium watch with a capable OS and all the health and activity tracking features you could ask for.

You’re getting class-leading build quality with sapphire crystal glass and a titanium frame along with over 10 days of battery life with most health and activity tracking turned on — something you don’t see on Wear OS competitors.
