Episode four of the Disney+ series willow he is called Nokmar’s whispers And it began with the group, now fully reunited, entering the abandoned castle for much of the fair. Graydon (Tony Revolori) explains to everyone exactly what happened here: Bavmorda attempts to perform a ritual to banish Elora’s (Ellie Bamber) spirit, but Willow (Warwick Davis) and his friends manage to stop it. He knows the story so well he even knows Willow’s spell Supposedly used. It’s a heroic tale, but the story that we, as well as Willow, know is only partly true. However, it is important for the characters And the public A refresher on these events as they would have returned in very unexpected ways.

Kate (Robbie Cruz) brings up the very real possibility of someone killing Graydon that they Not all of them are killed by the demon possessing him, and he agrees, stating that he “has some experience” with the matter. He does not refer to the demon that befell him a few hours ago. located in willow, Whoever thinks that Bavmorda might have something in this castle that can help them: a book called Malatrium, which is made of leather. In it, he finds a complex spell that he believes can save Graydon, but he will need help.

When the group starts collecting ingredients. Willow gives them two bases. The first is easy: don’t eat any of Graydon’s evil syrup. Second, don’t go to the high tower where Bavmorda tried to banish Elora’s spirit. Seems simple enough, right? Everyone goes to do their job. For Burman (Amar Chadha Patil), it begins with drinking a very old booze and capturing a mysterious locked door. Jade (Erin Kellyman) admits she’s confused that this isn’t the life she thought she’d have as a knight and grieves that she had to kill her mentor, Ballentine. Kit, as ever, tries to help Willow and Elora, but he seems annoyed more than anything.

The episode jumped between each character’s personal battles with the castle, as well as Willow and Elora’s attempt to free Graydon. This should be easy for two would-be magicians, But Elora still can’t believe she’s really a witch and even gets to pronounce it Advice from the possessed Graydon. Most importantly, we get to see that Graydon has a pretty nasty scar on his chest from something he wasn’t supposed to talk about in his past. He also sees a vision of his father yelling at him to make him an heir with Princess Kate, which he believes will rid his son of his past. The plot thickens.

Elora and Willow continue their spell to help Graydon and Graydon appears to channel Airk. a ticket? Prince was all this expedition about? Willow urges Elora and Kit not to trust the Voice, it’s just the devil trying to distract them, but when he tells Willow he has to tell Elora the truth, she becomes very suspicious and leaves Willow to finish the spell on her own.

With the hope that Willow Graydon will help, everyone is still dealing with the castle as they play tricks. Jade is forced to confront her mother’s ghost and battle a formidable opponent. Borman is tricked into thinking that someone has stolen the precious Lux Arcana. Kate sees visions of her grandmother, Bavmorda, and Elora seemingly back to the moment she was born and smuggled outside the castle as a baby. Her mom even claims to have seen her standing there, all grown up, in a moment that’s supposed to feel like it’s from the original movie.

yes. Knockmar really messes with this group. So when Kate and Jade finally got back together And Bormann found them, they have every right to doubt whether it was him or not. When asked to tell them something that only Boorman would know, Boorman said that they have a hotness for each other. It’s a sign that she’s real while also making them both very uncomfortable. This tension is broken when Boorman violently accuses Kate of stealing his magic key, only to be outwitted by both women. This moment, once again, was only broken by something more urgent… A light goes up in the tower they’re not supposed to be in.

Elora, after seeing her mother, goes back to check on Willow and Graydon only to find… Graydon okay? And willow gold? It’s better, Graydon explains, but Willow is infected by it and leaves. They go to find him and together They come up with the idea that he might have gone to the high tower. Now, if you weren’t already highly suspicious of Graydon before, this should have been a sign that not all is well. Unfortunately, Elora trusts him and the pair climb up the tower. It is their light that Kate, Jade, Bormann sees across the castle.

In the Tower, Graydon soon reveals himself to still be the Devil and decides that he will finish the ritual that Bavmorda started and get rid of Elora forever. Willow arrives (we still can’t figure out where he went or what happened to him in between, by the way), And though he berates Elora for breaking the one rule she had, she believes he will save her quickly and easily. Not so fast.

Demon Graydon shows Elora the events of the first movie in which Willow isn’t huge, epic But a simple magic trick distracted Bavmorda and she was defeated. Not through true magic, but through her carelessness. Willow is not disturbed Even so and he says he will win again the same way he did the first time :wWith his friends. As he says it, the dreamy shadows of young Sorsha and Raziel from the movie enter the room just as they did in the past, only this time they’re later replaced by Jade, Kit, and Boorman. Willow’s friends arrive again to save the day. Add a touch of those James Horner points and for me the moment was the best of the series so far.

The trio manage to stop Graydon momentarily, but Willow is stuck. Elora is the only hope of defeating the demon, but she still lacks that confidence. That’s when Kate finally tells her that she grew that bush in the woods two episodes ago. She has magic in her and she has to do something. willow –strangely –Against this, but Elora Just improvise and Suck the demon out of Graydon The body is like a puff of smoke. And while that is happening, the truth about Graydon’s past is revealed.

Elora absorbs magic

As a young boy, he had an older brother. But somehow, Graydon was possessed –As far as it is now–And he killed his brother, for which his parents forever blamed him. The revelation shocked Elora, But the fact that she was able to magically save him means this is a conversation for another time.

And so the group leaves Knockmar, all believing in Elora Danan more than ever, and glad to be out of the castle that has messed with their minds so much. As they leave, they are watched by the evil Jalis, ready to pounce. And just when I thought this was the end, there was another scene. Eric (Dempsey Brick) wakes up in a big, desolate city. This is an ancient city beyond the shattered sea. Our heroes still have a long way to go, many puzzles to solve.

My favorite episode of the show was “The Whispers of Nockmaar”. willow Until now. The way it told its own creepy and eerie story, while being full of inspiration, action, and then being heavily inspired by the original movie, all worked very well. And now, in the middle of the season, you’ll really feel the potential for the journey to begin. Elora Dunan is, without a doubt, the person everyone expects to be. Everyone has seen it. And now, it’s just about getting to Airk.

willow he is Streaming on Disney+.
