‘Top Gun: Maverick’ from the makers presents us with a 3-hour version of the muscular, sweaty beach scene

The Arctic blast continues to engulf the United States – but things are getting hotter than ever for ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ fans.

On Friday, Paramount+ dropped a three-hour version of its infamous billion-dollar beach scene, sending viewers into a rush.

“The weather outside is frightful, but #ParamountPlus heats up your vacation with everyone’s favorite #TopGun: Maverick moment,” tweet From the official account of the streamer, announcing the hilarious picks just in time for Christmas.

The sizzling scene from the flick showed Tom Cruise, Miles Teller, and Glen Powell sweaty and shirtless as they played a game of soccer in the sand.

But the scene on the big screen only lasted minutes, leaving amorous viewers begging for more.

While the new extended version is sure to satiate some fans, it doesn’t contain any new footage of the muscle man – instead it plays the original scene over and over again.

The only difference, aside from the obviously extended length, is the score.

In the film, the scene is set to “I’m Not Worried” by OneRepublic, while the looped version is accompanied by instrumental music with jingle bell sound effects.

However, the extended version managed to thrill many “Top Gun” fans, with some saying they’d get to watch the sexy scene as they wrap their Christmas presents.

“Paramount knows what its fans want,” one swooned.

Another commented, “Paramount shot this because the scenery would bring the a$$.”

The beloved movie moment is a throwback to the volleyball scene in the original 1986 Top Gun that featured a shirtless cruiser and Val Kilmer, set to “Playing with the Boys” by Kenny Loggins.

Top Gun: Maverick was a box office hit, grossing $1.488 billion worldwide and becoming the highest-grossing film of 2022, according to Box Office Mojo.

It also made moviegoers swoon for Cruz, 60, who hasn’t been considered a Hollywood heartthrob in decades. The flick also turned Teller, 35, into a bona fide A-lister, and Powell, 34, landed the pages of Men’s Health.
